Length of each collar size is given from end to end. It is best to take actual neck measurement at the time of ordering and inform us the same while placing an order. For magnets to work effectively, they must be in close proximity to the body, like a wrist watch. For example if the neck measures 12 inches, then it is best to order a 15 inch Small (S) size collar.
