This
page is for customers that have already placed an order and includes
post-purchase information.
Orders are shipped
from overseas within 2 business days by AIRMAIL, and will be delivered
by your local postal service within 7-14 business days (2-3 weeks) from
the date of order. For your privacy, orders
are shipped via AIRMAIL
in unmarked envelopes. They arrive with only your name on the outside
but do not contain any indication to the contents.

(All emails are replied to within 2-3 business days depending on
the complexity of your problem.)
MULTIPLE
PACKAGE SHIPMENTS
In order to comply
with import restrictions of many countries, some orders are often split
up into multiple shipments. If you receive only part of your order,
we ask that you wait 30 days from your original date of order. If your
order does not arrive by the 30th day, email us at customerservice@ShopRxToday.com
for an immediate reship of the missing part(s). Please refer to the
policies page for more information.
CANCELLATION
Once orders are
placed, they immediately begin processing and may not be cancelled.
RETURNS
We make every attempt
to ship the correct products but in the event you do not receive the
correct product(s), you may return them for a full refund, including
your shipping cost. Unfortunately, this is the only reason we can accept
returns as it is illegal to return pharmacutical products. In the unlikely
event of a wrong shipment, please email customerservice@ShopRxToday.com
with your order number and item wrongly received. An RMA number will
be provided if a request is made within 45 days of your date of order.
