Please accept our apologies for the delay in delivery.

Orders are shipped from overseas within 2 business days by Airmail, and will be delivered by your local postal service within 2-3 weeks from the date of order. We have no control over delays in the customs service or the postal service at the destination.

95% of our orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks; 4.5% within 3-4 weeks and only 0.5% are sometimes lost.

We do our best to ship your products out on time and if 30 days or more have passed from the date of order, your package has most likely been lost in the mail.

As per our company policy, if your partial order does not arrive within 30 days from your date of order, we will reship it at no extra cost.

Please email us at customerservice@ShopRxToday.com and tell us that 30 days have passed and if you would like a reshipment of your missing products.

Please do not forget to:

1) Include your shipping address

2) Order Number or Billing Name used to place the order,

3) List of Items Not Received

with your request for a reshipment.
